Cameron has been sporting some interesting fashion choices, and at the Tokyo promotion of her film The Holiday, she showed up in this stunning black and white number. Stars like Jennifer Hudson, Julia Dreyfus and others have been doing the black and white combo thing recently, either opting for a white top and black bottom or vice versa on the same dress.
